Yes! You can create as many requests you want. We’ll work on one request at a time, and move on to the next one once it has been completed.
It's also possible to sign up for a package that allows us to work on multiple requests at a time, so that you get a lot more capacity for your project.
You will get an update within 2-3 days Monday to Friday. More complex requests can take a longer time.
A design requests can be anything from re-designing a button, to creating an entire website or mobile app.
It's entirely up to you how small or big you want a request to be.
No need to worry! We’ll give you unlimited revisions, and work on your design until you are completely satisfied.
Visulry is actually run by one person @fredrikaurdal, which means you’ll work directly with the founder. For work such as illustrations and complex animations, we might involve other designers.
Once you sign up, you will be invited to Trello, where you can submit requests and chat with the designer through comments. For UI/UX work, it makes sense to mostly communicate by leaving comments in Figma, in addition to Trello.
Due to the custom and high quality nature of our work, we won’t issue refunds.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you can still use the remaining days of your plan.
We'll do our best to let you know ahead of time, if the designer won't be available. In that case, the subscription will be paused and resumed once the designer is back.
